Originals and custom items may take longer depending on availability or production needs. If there is a delay, we’ll notify you via email.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.

U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after processing

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Packaging
All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Prints are shipped flat or rolled in sturdy tubes. Original paintings are securely wrapped and boxed or taken off the wood base and rolled and shipped in a tube.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dashafineart.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
